Business Model
Our team has continued to embrace innovation in science and technology through a Think-Tank process. Initially, we focused solely on R&D for the U.S. Government. Currently, we are expanding our customer base, and offer state-of-the-art R&D services and solutions while developing infrared and solar photovoltaic products.
A business model development process has been conceptualized by the management team through a comprehensive market analysis and an evaluation of in-house competencies, staff requirements, management requirements, business alliances and funding requirements.
The business development plan relies on a robust and dynamic teaming with EPIR's customer base, new customers, suppliers and existing and potential business alliances. The management is actively developing a network of teams to strategically position EPIR operations so that growth and market penetration in our core business areas are ensured.
The business development plan involves aggressive marketing to increase sales with our existing Government and commercial customer base by looking ahead at the future needs of our customers' customers. This is our core business development plan. We believe in providing products and services to our customers by satisfying the value chain in the line of our customers to help satisfy their customers.
